Partnership Engagement Program
The Hub for Innovative Learning and Leadership is Fayette County Public Schools’ flagship career and technical education center, preparing students for high-demand careers through real-world experiences and industry collaboration. We invite your organization to partner with us to support student success, workforce readiness, and educational innovation. Part 2: The HILL Program Lab Banner Signage Criteria
Purpose & Eligibility
To ensure lab banner signage reflects meaningful, sustained, and student-centered partnerships that align with The HILL’s mission and tiered engagement model, only partners at the Collaborative Partner or Strategic Innovation Partner levels are eligible for program lab banner signage. Eligibility does not guarantee signage. Final selection is determined using the criteria below.
These criteria are used to guide consideration for partner recognition for lab banner signage at The HILL.|

Additional Guidelines For Lab Banner Signage
- Decision Process: The HILL Partnership Engagement Team, with consultation of the Program Area Instructor, will review eligibility for signage and representation. Partnership organizations contributing to multiple programs may be considered based on their engagement with each program separately.
- Visual Standards: Banner design and placement shall follow The HILL’s brand and signage guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Display Requirements: Each partner is responsible for providing their banner, in good condition, to The HILL. Banners will be returned at the end of the display period. The HILL retains final approval over all building signage. Size of banners will be determined by available lab space, with consideration for safety requirements.
- Rotation & Return: Space permitting, The HILL may rotate banner displays periodically to showcase a range of partners over time. Banners will be returned at the end of the display period.
- Annual Review: Banner signage awards will be reviewed each year during partnership renewal.
Next Steps for Interested Partners
If your organization would like to be considered for partnership status, please contact The HILL Leadership Team for an eligibility review. Partnership status is reviewed annually for the next school year. Partnership agreements may be cancelled at any time with cause by either party.
